Listening Instructions for Optimum Results
- Select a noise free place where you can listen to the mind programming Session for 45 minutes without any disturbance.
- Please switch-off your mobile & TV set before settling for mind programming to gain optimum results.
- You should sit in a comfortable chair or lie down on bed while listening to the mind programming session.
- The best time for listening any Mind Programming Session is before going to sleep in the night or upon awakening in the morning but you can listen to these Sessions at anytime you feel comfortable.
- Please do not listen to Sessions while driving , working in kitchen or operating any machine.
- These Sessions will start its effects from day one but to get the maximum results you should listen to each Session for 15 to 21 days.
